In 2007, Traeger Wood Pellet Grills replaced their 180 degree controller with the 225 degree digital controllers - removing the option for 180 degree smoking. What that means is that the lowest temperature setting is 225 degrees rather than 180 degrees. Here at Pellet Grill Outlet, we cook on Traegers 24/7 and we know that sometimes 225 degrees is too hot.
Pellet Grill Outlet now offers the 180-LV Multi-Temp Digital Controller because we like to cook at 180 degrees and we know some of you do too! We also sell the 225 Digital Controller, for those that prefer that controller, as well!
